Application Process for Nepali Students to Study in the UK

Each university sets its own entry requirements, so it’s important to review them carefully:

• Academic Qualifications: For undergraduate studies, completion of 10+2 (NEB or equivalent) is required. For postgraduate courses, you’ll need a recognized bachelor’s degree.
• English Proficiency: Most universities accept IELTS, PTE, or TOEFL. For bachelor’s, the minimum IELTS score is often 5.5 – 6.0; for master’s, 6.0 – 6.5. Some universities may accept MOI (Medium of Instruction) letters from previous institutions.

Special Courses: Medicine, Law, and Nursing often require additional assessments and higher English proficiency.
